Infographic of Mempawah city

An infographic (information graphic) is a representation of information in a graphic format designed to make the data easily understandable at a glance. People use infographics to quickly communicate a message, to simplify the presentation of large amounts of data, to see data patterns and relationships, and to monitor changes in variables over time.

And in this assignment, our group made an infographic about Mempawah city. 

Why did we choose the city of Mempawah?

The city has an interesting tourist attraction that is rarely visited by tourists abroad and in the country.

And this is the infographic we made.

PASSPORT AND VISA

 
Passport
Passport is a document that has been issued officially by an authorized official of a country which contains all data and identity of the holder and applies to travel between countries, the passport consists of biodata holder which includes among others, photo holder, signature, place and date birth, nationality information and some other information about individual identification. There are times when a passport includes a list of countries that passport holders may not enter. For example, in the past, Indonesian passport holders were forbidden to visit the state of Israel as well Taiwan, and Currently some countries have issued so-called e-passport or electronic passports, e-passports are also the development of the current conventional passports, wherein the passport has also been implanted a chip containing all the complete holder data and data biometrics, the biometric data kept with the intention of further convincing that the person holding the passport is the true person who owns and is entitled to the possession of the passport.
Generally a passport is required for international travel because it must be shown when entering the border of a country visited, although in certain countries there are some agreements where a citizen of a certain country may enter another country with documents other than a passport. Passport will be stamped or sealed with a visa made by the officer of the country of arrival.

 Various Passports1. Ordinary Passport;Ordinary Passport is granted to Indonesian Citizens who will travel out and or enter the territory of the Republic of Indonesia, Ordinary Passport is granted on a request basis, Ordinary Passport is valid no later than 5 (five) years from the date of issuance. Ordinary Passport consists of two types, namely 48 (forty eight) pages and 24 (twenty four) pages for Indonesian Citizens. Passport 24 (twenty four) pages are given to Candidate Indonesian Workers who will work abroad. In Indonesia, this passport is given a green cover and is issued by the Directorate General of Immigration, Department of Justice and Human Rights.2. Diplomatic Passport;
            A diplomatic passport is granted to a Civil Service Officer, a certain Country Official who will travel outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia to carry out diplomatic duties. A Diplomatic Passport shall also be given by his wife or husband and child of a Certain State Official or State Official or Citizen as referred to in paragraph 1), the request for diplomatic passport shall be submitted to the Minister of Foreign Affairs or the appointed Officer, the Diplomatic Passport shall be valid 5 (five) years since the date of issuance. In Indonesia, this passport is given a black cover and is issued by the Department of Foreign Affairs.3. Official / Official Passport;
 This passport is issued to technicians and administrative officers of a diplomatic mission such as embassies and consulates or to civil servants / governments performing their overseas duties. Holders of this type of passport get some conveniences that are not owned by ordinary passport holders. In Indonesia, this passport is given a blue cover and is issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs after obtaining permission from the Secretariat of State. The grant of an official passport shall be made by the Minister of Foreign Affairs or appointed Official, the Office Passport shall be valid for 5 (five) years from the date of issuance.4. Passport for Foreigner;
              A passport for a Foreigner is given to a foreigner who resides in the territory of the Republic of Indonesia and will travel outside the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. Passports for Foreigners shall only be granted to foreigners who: have a Permanent Stay Permit; does not have a valid Travel Document from his country or any other country; In a deemed time it is not possible to obtain a valid travel document from his country or another country; and Not exposed to preventive measures. A foreign passport is valid for 1 (one) outbound and inland journey and valid for 2 (two) years from the date of issuance. Passport for Foreigners contains 24 (twenty four) pages. An example of this passport is a passport used for pilgrimage (brown passport), issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Visa
A visa is a document issued by a country that will grant a person permission to enter the country for a certain period of time and purpose, of course, but most countries require the ownership of a visa to enter a foreign citizen, even if there are other schemes, usually will be stamped or affixed directly to the receiver's passport.

Daily Cake

 

 

A. Latar Belakang

Semua orang pasti ingin memiliki kehidupan yang berkecukupan, bahkan beberapa orang menginginkan menjadi Bos disuatu perusahaan. Maka satu-satunya cara agar tidak menjadi bawahan tentu saja kita haus berusaha mengembangkan kreatifitas. Tapi banyak juga yang merasa berwirausaha itu sulit, ribet, dan prosesnya sangat panjang. Namun, akhir-akhir ini para anak muda cara berfikirnya sudah mulai terbuka, sejak banyak seminar-seminar dan pelatihan-pelatihan tentang kewrausahaan. Mereka pun mulai banyak yang semangat untuk menjadi pengusaha. Banyak sekali peluang-peluang usaha yang bisa kita lakukan. Diantaranya usaha usaha Cake dan Kue. Makanan itu  sendiri merupakan produk makanan yang banyak diminati oleh banyak kalangan. Hampir semuanya suka dengan nikmatnya aneka kue dan cake dengan berbagai macam rasa yang unik, bentuknya yang menarik, serta menggugah selera. Untuk menemukan penjual kue sangat mudah sekali, dari kota samai desa-desa pasti ada saja penjualnya. Maka ini merupakan sebuah peluang usaha yang cukup menjanjikan untuk dijalankan.

B. Tujuan Usaha

1.            Mendapatkan sebuah penghasilan dari usaha Cake dan Kue.
2. Memberikan kualitaas Kue dan Cake yang higenis dan enak.
3. Menciptakan lapangan kerja baru.
4. Membuat tempat untuk saling berkerja sama.

 

C. Nama Usaha

Usaha yang akan dibangun yaitu sebuah rumah produksi Kue dan Cake, dan semua hal yang berhubungan dengan Kue. Nanti juga tersedia menu-menu seperti gulali, candy, jus-jus buah, minuman kemasan, makanan ringan, dan lain-lain. Seiring dengan waktu kami akan terus melakukan perbaikan dan invoasi-inovasi kedepannya. Nama dari rumah produksi untuk saat ini yaitu “DAILY CAKE” akan tetapi nanti akan ada perubahan nama jika itu diperlukan.

D. Tempat Usaha

Setelah survei ke beberapa tempat yang bisa dijadikan tempat usaha kami. Tempat yang kami pilih adalah di Raya Bakery, sebuah toko kue yang sudah terkenal. Karena toko ini sudah terkenal, kami fikir ini bisa dinilai sangat strategis dan cocok untuk usaha kami yang masih baru, karena konsumen yang akan datang ke Raya Bakery, bisa melihat produk kami dan mencobanya. Di depannya juga terbentang jalan yang ramai di lalui oleh orang. Tak jauh dari sana juga ada kos-kosan dan perumahan serta tempat wisata.

E. Waktu Operasional Daily Cake

Kami tidak terlalu memiliki jam oprasional dikarenakan makanan yang kita produksi akan kita titipkan. Namun untuk rumah produksi kami sendiri beroprasional mulai pukul 08:00 am – 04:00 pm. Juga tergantung pesanan, jika banyak, kami bisa bekerja sampai pukul 08:00 pm.

 

F. Anggaran Dana Daily Cake

Rencan untuk anggaran Daily Cake, kami menetapkan nya sesuai ukuran, model, juga tingkat kesulitan pembuatan nya. Berikut adalah beberapa harga Cake dan Kue:

Prinsip yang dianut di usaha Kue dan Cake ini yaitu prosentase yang proporsional untuk dana yang dianggarkan demi terus bertumbuhnya usaha yang dijalankan. Untuk pelaksanaan operasional persenannya dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu mengikuti kondisi usaha jika masih rugi pada bulan-bulan baru membuka usaha, ada penambahan untuk biaya operasional, dan lainnya. Kerjasama pada perjanjian bersifat mengikat dan fleksibel dapat berubah sewaktu-waktu melalui musyawarah dengan cara kekeluargaan.

G. Penutup

Dari hasil pembahasan di proposal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa usaha Kue dan Cake ini dari segi gagasan, terget pasar, sampai rencana keuangan memiliki prospek yang bagus untuk kedepannya.

Semua yang baru merintis usaha pastinya tidak akan berjalan mulus, nanti pasti ada tantangan dan rintangan yang harus di hadapi. Tantangan terbesar dalam bidang usaha makanan bisanya adalah promosi dan juga sosialisasi kepada konsumen bahwa usaha makanan yang dijalankan patut untuk dipertahankan. Oleh sebab itu target pasar dari usaha ini yaitu untuk orang-orang yang ingin praktis membeli Kue dan Cake tanpa harus membuatnya sendiri yang memerlukan tenaga dan pikiran.
